In relation to today's story, the comment made about outsiders "meddling" in the internal affairs of Iraq was stated in the context of fighters who are part of Al-Qaeda, insurgency groups, militias and thug groups. It is well known that these groups included, but are not limited to, Syrian and Iranian nationals.
