CAIR deserves praise, not criticism, for service

In response to the Dec. 20 letter "Statement would help": CAIR has testified in front of Congress more than once, and no link to terrorism has been found.

If you visit CAIR's Web site (http://www.cair.com/) and go to the "What They Say About CAIR" section, you will find praise from the president, various intelligence officials, governors, and the likes of Sen. John Warner, R-Va., Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., Rep. John Conyers, D-Detroit, and many more. This is just another attempt to demonize a Muslim organization.
